Tee Time bookings for 18 holes can be made online via the link above or by contacting Golf Operations (36 hole bookings cannot be made online).
For single or two ball bookings we only display Monday tee times online, as we have a designated two ball course.
Please note we only offer the set rates above for all golfers and do not have a seperate tour operator rate.

All players are required to hold a current valid handicap index with a maximum of 18.4 for men, and 24.4 for ladies.
The Courses are not suitable for novice golfers or beginners. A Handicap Certificate must be produced upon signing in at the Pro Shop. A photograph of documentation on a smart phone is sufficient.
Payment may be settled by debit /credit card or bank transfer. For those booking via our online system payment will be required upon booking immediately.
Tee Time bookings must be prepaid in full and payment must be received within 30 days of the receiving the invoice email. If payment is not received your tee times will be released and booking cancelled.
There will be no refund of bookings cancelled within THREE MONTHS of play.
Subject to availability, cancellations may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original booking date. The Club reserves the right to cancel a booking and a full refund will be made in this instance.
Breakfast & lunch can be purchased, hot food is available from 7.30am to 5.00pm. The Halfway House is situated after the 10th hole on both courses and is open to 5.30pm during summer months, serving a selection of refreshments and hot and cold snacks. The Club is now a cashless environment and all transactions will be on a card basis only (excluding Caddie bookings).
In the Summer months the Clubhouse opens from 7.30am, with last orders at 8.15pm to close at 9.00pm. The Pro Shop opens at 7.30am in the Summer and closes at 6.00pm. Winter hours do differ.
All visitors are required to maintain a standard of dress in keeping with the character and standing of the Club. Shirts must be tucked in at all times and short socks may be worn with tailored shorts.
Golf attire may be worn in the Clubhouse, however Men are required to wear a jacket/blazer in the Dining Room. Jeans/denim are NOT ALLOWED either in the Clubhouse or on the Course. You may arrive changed for golf, but no metal spiked golf shoes may be worn in the bar.
The Practice Ground is located by the 1st tee of the New Course and is open from 8.00am – 5.00pm (4.00pm in winter). Range balls are complementary and available in crates. Play on the Practice Ground is restricted to the designated daily teeing areas only.
It is a violation of club rules to hit any balls over the nets. Golfers should refrain from using any club that could cause or risk causing balls to fly over the nets. The use of the Practice Ground will be monitored by Top Tracer Technology and CCTV.
There are also separate chipping and putting greens where golfers may use their own balls to practice.
Sunningdale Golf Club does not endorse any brand or supplier. The Club name and Logo is covered by its Trademark certification and should not be used by any third party for promotional activities without prior consent.
Tee Time gift vouchers are available to purchase and can be redeemed for at least 6 months from the date of the original purchase.
Vouchers can be arranged by contacting Golf Operations directly and will be posted out on receipt of payment.
On the day Guests should check-in for their round in the Pro Shop. Once in the Clubhouse we request that guests make themselves known to a member of staff in the Critchley Room and proceed to the visitors' changing room on the first floor.
All visitors must play from the Yellow tees (Old Course par 70, 6088 yards, New Course par 70, 6080 yards)
Ladies will play from the Red tees (Old Course par 74, 5847 yards, New Course par 75, 5834 yards)
Golfers are asked to adopt “Ready Golf” and adhere to the Club’s pace of play policy. We would expect a fourball to play 18 holes in under four hours.
We recommend that when a ball is hit into the heather, a provisional ball is played. Trolleys or Buggies are not permitted to enter the heather.
Push trolleys are available from the Pro Shop and are complementary to hire. Due to the caddie programme, we do not have any electric trolleys available to hire.
Sunningdale is a non-buggy course. Buggies are only permitted if a medical certificate or doctors note is provided.
It is Club policy that a Caddie must drive the buggy at all times. The costs for this are £50 for the buggy and £100 for the caddie - total cost £150.
Caddies are available (pre booked) and their fee is £100 per round, including tip. This must be paid on the day directly to the Caddie in CASH. The Caddies do not double bag and only carry a single bag.

Please note that Caddie cancellations must be made 48hrs before the booking date. Individuals will be liable to pay for the full caddie fee if cancellations are made within this time.
A set of clubs can be hired for your round and the fee is £60. You can choose from the latest Callaway or Titleist models.

The use of mobile phones is not permitted on the Golf Courses or Clubhouse and surrounding area. Mobile phones may only be used for voice calls in the car park.
Unfortunately we are unable to store any golf clubs or belongings of guests before or after their day at the Club.
Items of clothing and shoes left behind will be stored for 3 months and if claimed will be subject to a £10.00 administration charge to cover postage.
